What Happened to Jimmy Hoffa?

James Riddle Hoffa (b. February 14, 1913), former President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, disappeared mysteriously from the parking lot of the Manchus Red Fox Restaurant in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan at about 2:45 P.M. on July 30, 1975. The best evidence leads one to answer the following questions:
When did he die? - Shortly after exiting the parking lot of the restaurant on July 30, 1975.
Where did he die? - At a nearby house where the driver of the car, Charles O'Brien, was staying with friends.
Who murdered him? - Thomas Andretta, Salvatore Briguglio (later murdered by the mafia with 12 gunshots), Gabriel Briguglio, and possibly Frank Sheeran.
Who ordered the hit? - Russell Bufalino.
To whom was the hit contracted? - Anthony "Tony Pro" Provenzano (deceased).
By whom was Hoffa set up? - Anthony "Tony Jack" Giacalone (deceased).

The location of his corpse is still a mystery. MythBusters debunked various claims that Hoffa was buried under either one of the end zones, the ten yard line, or seating section 107 in Giants Stadium in New Jersey.
