July 2006 Physical Therapy Workout

My current workout for physical therapy is as follows:
Thermotherapy (10 min.)
Hamstring stretch
Quadriceps stretch
Straight leg raise lying on back (5 lbs. angle weights) 2x10
Adduction leg raise lying on side (5 lbs. ankle weights) 2x10
Adduction on hip machine (4 lbs.) 3x10
Abduction on hip machine (8 lbs.) 3x10
Hip flexion on hip machine (6 lbs.) 3x10
Calf stretch on incline wood block
Stepper, sitting down, level 6.0 (10 min. - burn 16 calories/min.)
Calf stretch on incline wood clock
Quadcriceps leg curl (8 lbs.) 3x10
Hamstrings leg curl (10 lbs.) 3x10
Calf stretch on incline wood block
Cryotherapy (10 min.)
