I really have to clean up my diet (practice moderation and expand the variety of foods) and lift weights for 100 minutes 3 times a week instead of 35 minutes 3 times a week. The latter is what is demanded of me by the coach and the basketball contract, in contrast to what I have been doing. The former is becoming more obvious each day and is urged by my parents. It was foolish of me not to blast my upper body while I was injured, even though there was a period when I truly could not accomplish that because of the nature of the injury. This way workout durations will be increased 557% and will have an awesome synergistic effect.
