I found the Kaplan AP World History review book to be very helpful. It is concise and comprehensive, and its essay/multiple choice/general strategies are highly effective. I can't go into specific multiple choice questions, but the Kaplan questions were similar to the ones on the actual exam in difficulty and in subject matter. It is indeed worth your money. Even though the exam is over, the Princeton Review book recently arrived (late), and I will evaluate that book as well.
